May it be a job interview, a presentation, or one of those family gatherings where you walk in as a grown adult… and five minutes later you’re somehow twelve again. As if an internal button was pressed: you automatically shrink yourself, you feel insecure, small, and anxious.
You say things you didn’t plan to say. You hold back when you shouldn’t. Or you walk out thinking, “Why did I just feel like that again?”
And the frustrating part is, this doesn’t happen everywhere. You’re fine most of the time, and you know who you are. Just not there.
The problem isn’t that you’re nervous. The problem is that your brain has already decided how this is going to go before you even walk in.

We take that exact situation, go straight to what’s causing the reaction in the first place, and change it there. You don’t have to explain everything to me or go into your whole story. Most people actually find it a relief that they don’t have to sit there and justify why this affects them; they somehow already understand the “why”, they don’t know the “how”.
What changes
What people actually notice afterwards is very simple. They go into the situation… and it suddenly doesn’t feel impossible to handle. They stay themselves, and speak like they normally would.
Clients come back and tell me that there was just no anxiety anymore, that they can actually handle what’s happening.
They didn’t drop into that “smaller version” of themselves, but stayed the adults they are today.
The situation they were so fearful of before became a non-issue.

Do I have to explain everything and dig out my past?
No. We don’t need your full story. You do not relive, explain, or justify anything to get a result.
Will this be uncomfortable? Will I still be me… or will I feel weird?
No. You stay in control the whole time. Nothing gets forced out of you.
You don’t become someone else. You just stop dropping into that version of you that isn’t really you.
What if nothing happens?
You’ll notice quickly if something shifts. Most people see a change already during the session.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a contained, tangible experience with a visible shift.
Is this just another technique I have to apply later?
