We look at how your mind is already rehearsing it, map it out, and change that pattern, so you go in calmer, clearer, and not already bracing for the worst. You don’t have to talk your way through it. We work directly with what shows up.

Over the three interventions, we work with unwanted feelings and emotional patterns, release what belongs to the past, and address how you see yourself and relate to others. We focus the work around one main issue so we can go straight to the root.
At the end of the interventions, we decide whether further work could be beneficial for you. If I think you don’t need this, I’ll tell you.
